C - Red Dress Pony custom

The rest of the commission was to actually make the custom pony! I had fun designing her and using new techniques. I'd never done gradient dying before, but her legs, ears and nose turned out great. It's more obvious in the picture of her in the box because whenever the camera flash hit her it washed out her colors. I was originally going to change her eye color but it looked so good with her new hair that I opted to stay with green rather than blue. There's a tiny gem accent on her hoof heart. This is only the second box I've customized and I really like how it turned out. Especially when I had to cover up the "target exclusive" logo! I'm thinking next time I might really get to customizing the box with a whole new color scheme.
