custom pony - Dragonfly

She doesn't really have a name, I just refer to her as the dragonfly pony. My mom actually commissioned her from me, and all she wanted was a quick repaint with dragonflies as the theme. Apparently she needed a gift for a friend's daughter who loved both dragonflies and MLPs and I got to make it.

So no, she's not a re-hair, simply a Toola-Roola (I had an extra one, thanks to a local dollar store) with her original symbol removed and then some heavy duty painting. There's quite a bit of silver-on-white paint in the various wings that didn't photograph well, and some lovely sparkly glitter coats (everything but the iridescent glitter dries clear) on everything that also didn't show so great. I used the same stuff to make sparkly eye decoration and another dragonfly on her forehead, but its veryvery hard to tell in the photos. Oh well! One of my best paint jobs, she turned out PERFECT.

I also used jewel accents for the first time- one in each eye and another two on her rump.
